Dear Parents and Carers

Lyncrest Primary School, based in Northampton and close to the Northampton Saints Rugby ground, is a school that accommodates boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 11 years. We are a happy and friendly school who firmly believe that in working closely together with you- the family- we can give your child the very best educational opportunities.  We are a single form entry school, meaning that we have one class per year group. Being small in size allows us to really get to know the children and you- the family- so we can work together in partnership more effectively. Each class, including nursery, has a fully qualified Teacher and class teachers are supported by teaching assistants.

Above all, at Lyncrest Primary School, we try to foster an attitude that nurtures the children,  making them feel happy and safe at school so they can become more easily engaged in their learning. This is underpinned by our six core values responsibility, compassion, respect, perseverance, justice and courage. Through these core values and a happy and engaging learning environment, children can flourish, attaining their full potential: academically, socially, physically and emotionally. We believe that every child can shine at Lyncrest Primary School!

Please take a look at our prospectus to find out further information about our school. This is available as a down-load on this website.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and finding out more about our school, a school which we are all very proud of.
