Lyncrest E-News 19-5-2017

  Newsletter 21 February 2018

Hello Visitor,

Some pictures of pupils in Year Two who have made lighthouse models as homework. Mrs Ellingham is impressed by the high standards of creativity and is very pleased with every single one. Come and see them on Tuesday 23rd May at 3pm in the Year Two classroom.

The Life Education Bus visited Lyncrest last week. Pupils from Year R to Year 6 all got on board to enjoy a different learning experience.

“I found out that your brain sends three million messages per second” said Gurshana in Year Five.

Important notice about lunches

Please ensure your child has a packed lunch or is booked for a school meal. At times we have up to 18 pupils without any lunch and this results in an unmanageable amount of phonecalls to parents.

Unfortunately our kitchen is not able to cook “spare meals” for this amount of pupils, so it is becoming a real problem. We would appreciate your help with this. Thank you.
