Hello Visitor,

120517

Some pictures of our Year 5 who had a very interesting visitor on Friday. Stephanie, who keeps bees, came to talk to the class about the importance of bees for the pollination of plants, how they live and how she takes care of bees.

Safety

Our playground is open before school if you wish to wait with your child. Unsupervised children should not be left on the playground as this is a safety issue. Responsible pupils in Year 5 and 6 who walk to school on their own can wait on the playground from 8.45am but we do not expect ball games to be taking place, due to the large number of adults and children in the space. Parents with children in Reception – Year 4 need to look after their children on the playground.

The Breakfast Club (£2) is available to parents who find this difficult. Pupils can be taken, by their parent/carer to the breakfast club from 8am.

Sweets

Please ensure that your child doesn’t bring any sweets to school. Thank you.
